Quality Kiln Dried Products

Allegany manufactures kiln dried products. This means that we dry our materials in big kilns before we mill them. We use a slow drying method to draw moisture out of our logs so that there is less shrinkage, warping or twisting. This also kills any fungus or bugs that the lumber may have. We kiln dry for 8 to 10 weeks, which is longer than any other company that we know. We do this to produce a better
quality product - for you and for us.

Logs, Logs & More Logs!

Our standard log is an 8" d-log. This log is milled with two tongue and groove.

We also offer a 10" log that is milled with three tongue and groove.

We also offer Round/Round logs, Flat, Clipboard or Small 6" Cabin Logs.
